WGS2NCBI - Toolkit for preparing genomes for submission to NCBI - Bugfix release

This release addresses an issue that is encountered when no additional sample-level metadata is provided. By convention, this metadata is inserted in a file named info.ini and referred to as info in wgs2ncbi.ini. If that file is empty or absent, a bug occurred that omitted a line break after the FASTA definition line and the first sequence line in the intermediate output produced by process. This issue has now been resolved here.
