synchronisation_scripts - debugged version 1
scripts now correctly save before uploading scripts ask for message and save only if there is something to save, otherwise it goes to update directly scripts ask to drop only files uploaded in the last run of the script. (won't work if there is an upload issue and script needs to be run a second time...)

synchronisation_scripts - last pre-release to get doi
both gin-cli and datalad based script to work with Research repositories: GIN datasets using submodules.
scripts tested with template on GIN-tonic repositories, everything seems to work, including message when none is given.
