dynamicatlas - v1.0.0

dynamicAtlas is a platform for indexing, querying, timestamping, and analyzing data in a dynamic dataset atlas, for use with biological samples. It is built specifically for use of the Drosophila atlas in Sebastian Streichan's Lab at UC Santa Barbara, but the methodology is general to dynamic processes on a fixed surface. The package includes a set of classes for indexing and querying static and dynamic datasets within different 'genotype' directories (such as Wild-type or mutants) and 'label' subdirectories (such as particular fluorescent proteins or immunostaining). Querying the atlas generates a queriedSample, consisting of a subset of the indexed data amenable to analysis (see queriedSample.getData(), queriedSample.getMeanData(), queriedSample.getPIV(), etc).

Further developments are pending for expanded functionality, including handling dynamic surfaces.
