konrad - v0.9.4

This release fixes an error in the detection of cold-point height in extreme atmospheres, fixes a convenience function that creates moist-adiabatic temperature profiles for a given surface temperature, and changes the way that dry volume-mixing ratios are scaled with water-vapour during line-by-line radiative transfer simulations. From this version on, Python 3.6 support is dropped.
