cronoimpedance

This project demonstrates the processing of electrical impedance data over time to predict time-dependent phenomena. The Jupyter Notebook titled paper1SaureusEcoli.ipynb allows you to visualize the experimental data and evaluate the time evolution of electrical impedance spectra for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria.
