This repository is broken down into 3 sections - RNA-Seq Data Processing and Analysis (./RNA-Seq) - CUT&RUN Data Processing and Analysis (./CUT-RUN) - ATAC-Seq Data Processing and Analysis (./ATAC-Seq)
