Sperm-quality-heat
This repository contains data and source code to reproduce the data and statistical analysis and figures of the manuscript submitted to the journal "Andrology":
Summer heat during spermatogenesis reduces in vitro blastocyst rates and affects sperm quality of next generation bulls by Jens Vanselow, Claudia Wesenauer, Anja Eggert, Arpna Sharma and Frank Becker

Usage
We run the data and statistical analysis on Windows 10.
