Visualizing alpha-helical peptides in R with helixvis - Functional helical wheels in pure R
Contrary to the prior releases, there is no Java code wrapped underneath the R code behind the draw functions. Currently, only the helical wheel visualization is supported by the draw_wheel function (using the R plotrix package). Future releases will implement the wenxiang diagram and helical net visualizations.
