harvestxclimate_LANDIS
This repository contains the data needed to execute LANDIS-II with PnET-Succession extension. Data refer to a study area in southeastern Spain and an experiment testing different climate and harvest scenarios on pine plantations in Mediterranean landscapes. Scripts contain the analysis of simulation outputs. Further information regarding model setup and calibration in the study area can be found at https://github.com/MARIASUAM/LANDISsetup and https://github.com/MARIASUAM/LANDIScalibration.
