From This Point forward, mlapp is the primary use case and only supported version. Generating an executable that works on every machine is too much work to maintain. The standalone executable may be available per request, or one can generate it themselves from source.

Latest Standalone and MLAPP Versions
MLAPP The MLAPP only works with Matlab installed and an active license. This is available for install with SmartPolarPlots.mlappinstall
Standalone WEB vs. MCR: Both are the same app with same features
The MCR has the Matlab Runtime included in it, so there are no extra downloads in the install steps. This is useful if the target computer has no internet access, just load SmartPolarPlotsInstallerV302_MCR.exe on a thumb drive and it will install everything successfully.
The WEB version has the APP files, and queries the MATLAB servers to download and install the Matlab runtime. This makes the SmartPolarPlotsInstallerV302_WEB.exe smaller, but means you need internet access to complete the install process.

matlabsmartpolarplots - SmartPolarPlots
This Release contains the SmartPolarPlots packaged as a standalone executable file, which requires the Matlab Runtime Environment installed on the target computer, but does not require a MATLAB License or actual MATLAB installed.
If you already have the Matlab Runtime installed, you can use MyAppInstaller_web.exe, otherwise you may want to use MyAppInstaller_mcr.exe which has the Runtime integrated with the program.

This Release is Version 3.0 Compiled as a MATLAB APP, which requires a full MATLAB instance running on the target computer. Without an active MATLAB License this will not work.
