Image acquisition from live cell image instrument (IncuCyte®) and processed in MATLAB to acquire desired frames and export into a video format.

Reuired files

  1. Sequential images from the IncuCyte® should be in the local folder

Run the code

1. open the code file (mcode.m) in MATLAB 2. Run it in MATLAB console 3. The code will prompt to select the folder (where you saved the images) 4. DONE!
