rrl_completeness - Gaia DR3 updated maps

Completeness maps for RRL surveys for Gaia DR3 SOS and combined map GaiaSOSDR3+PS1 described in Mateu (2024, RNAAS) are provided, along with Gaia DR2 VC+SOS, PS1 and ASAS-SN-II maps described in Mateu et al. 2022
