v0.1 - First Working Version

• Implemented core functionality for fetching and displaying ORCID publications.
• Utilized the Unpaywall API for source information retrieval.
• Resolved issues related to asynchronous data fetching and improved error handling.

Future Plans: - In next versions, the app will transition from using the Unpaywall API to an internally generated dataset for improved performance and reliability.
