mas2mic - MAS2MIC v1.0.0

MAS²MIC (multi-agent system for modeling soil microbial biomass) is a model that permit to simulate the soil microbial biomass dynamics at the landscape scale depending on farming practices over time. This model can be run on the Gama Platform software (v 1.9.2). The agricultural data accessible in this file are real data slightly modified and anonymized in order to respect the general regulation on data protection. This study was funded by public fundings from the French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment INRAE (23%) and the EU (FEDER Program, OS 1.1 − CI01_060 − Research and innovation activities, Project MICSCAPE-models; 52%); and by and independent association under the law of 1901, the “Observatoire Français des Sols Vivants” (25%). The contributors of this project are affiliated with INRAE, IRD (Development Research Institute) and The University of Besançon.
