limo_tools - v3.2. handling user cases fixed

This release has mostly small improvements in terms of data handling - GLM: check if WLS fails for all subjects and explain to user what to do
- GLM: ensure consistency of error terms (tested against fitlm) - GLM: handling of single subject bootstrap fix - CI: fix minimum set of subjects - group level plots: handle all types of EEG data representation - BUG FIX: thx to Nir Ofir, while limostatvalues is much nicer, there was a bug not squaring t values, what out your t-test results with version 3.1.
