phylogram - phylogram version 2.0

This release includes two new methods for converting between "dendrogram" and "phylo" objects, as.dendrogram.phylo and as.phylo.dendrogram. From version 2.0.0 all k-mer counting and clustering functions have been migrated to the kmer package.
