abstract: >-
Stim is a high-performance stabilizer simulator that is especially tailored to simulating quantum error correction (QEC) experiments. This package is a wrapper around Stim that aims to help the construction of surface-code circuits easier. The package creates a 2D surface code layout that helps with qubit labeling, indexing and connectivity. It also implements model classes that help with inserting ciruit-level noise models. Finally, there are a number of circuits for the rotated surface code that are implemented in the package.
