baylorthesiscodeanddata - Fixing issue with boxplots

This release fixes an issue where the statistics overlaid on the box plots were ordered on the Nutrient Ratio plots starting at 0 and the box plots started at 2.2 and ending with 0. This is now corrected and the statistics now match the box plots.
