This release enables launching a processing script from the command line. This is needed to run PFEIFER in SCIRun and in the UETK.

PFEIFER - PFEIFER v1.2

The filter implemented in PFEIFER previously had an issue in that it reduced the amplitude of the filtered signals by a factor of 0.4855. The new filter fixes this amplitude issue while adding some additional filtering (110 hz was maintained previously).

Matmap is now PFEIFER! In addition to a new name, PFEIFER has a new color scheme and some other minor improvements to the UI. PFEIFER also has a new semi-automatic fiducializing tool.

PFEIFER - Matmap v 3.0 beta

This is a release of our internal software for processing electrocardiography data. This version of matmap is an update of the to work in newer versions of Matlab. It also removes dependences on mex libraries.
