Ensight4Matlab - Binary release for Windows (x64, Matlab2018a)

Binary release for Windows: contains a pre-compiled binary of the Matlab library for Windows, using Matlab 2018a.

Please note that this is not as thoroughly tested as the Linux variant. If you run into any problems, please build from source instead.
