taskmaster - Beta Release of TaskMaster

Hello everyone!

This is the beta version of TaskMaster, with both the MacOS .dmg file and the Windows 10/11 setup.exe file included. As this is the first version, I will not include release notes, but I will include those moving forward. If there are any problems with this version or the installer files, please feel free to reach out or open an issue.

Note: For the MacOS version, to change any of the stimuli in the assets folder, right click on the application and click "Show Package Contents" to get inside the application package and access the Assets folder.
