Code re-organised to support: - S1 analysis (and future S2 analysis); - better usage by only downloading Docker images from Docker-Hub; - docker generation through Jenkins (SQaaS quality tests); - flexible developing (enable testing severa versions of ARTI, CORSIKA, GEANT4/Root).

This is the first release of onedataSim tested in production during the EOSC-Synergy pre-Challenge on 2021, April.
