ecopath_matlab - accepted to JOSS

This snapshot is the version accepted for publication to the Journal of Open Source Software. The review process led to the correction of a few remaining bugs, and more importantly, finally pushed me to find a solution to mdb import on a Windows machine. (Note: I accidentally created this release before toggling this repo on in Zenodo, so I had to recreate a second release duplicating this one. Please use that one (v2.1b) instead).

ecopath_matlab - snapshot at time of submission to JOSS

This release tags the code prior to submission for publication in the Journal of Open Source Software. It includes the shiny new class-based code, which has been thoroughly tested (with results compared against both EwE v6.4 and v6.5 and Rpath v0.0.0.903) for a variety of ecosystem input sets, as well as supplementary documentation in the form of a the README, and overview html document, and the JOSS draft manuscript.
