lifewatch-pypam - More flexibility on plots

We added more flexibility on plots (breaking compatibility with some previous versions) We changed from mean to median spectrum plots, so db and uPa give the same result. We solved some errors and added some extra arguments on some functions.

• Improved unittests so they don't fail
• added CI workflow
• hybrid millidecade bands now computed with psd or power spectrum as input. No division afterwards
