tiwid - Release 3

This release adds a quality assurance and build setup and several sources (Wikidata, MolMeDB, OMIM), increasing the number of supported datasources to 16, and many, many new outdated identifiers.

tiwid - Release 2

This release adds more outdated identifiers, from ChEBI (2), ChemSpider (4), Ensembl, HGNC (10), HMDB (12), PubChem (6), UniProt, and WikiPathways (3 new).
