bracco - Form changes
This release is a combination of fixes plus slight changes to prevent potential problems.
Includes: * Fix for title/description not allow validation due to being perceived empty * By default the form is disabled for all DOI's created outside the form itself, this is to prevent accidental metadata changes. * DataCite staff can enable form editing manually in specific usecases.
