mca_white_tailed_deer - Introduction SMD with GRASS GIS

This is the source material for the textbook/tutorial offering a practical introduction to using GRASS GIS for suitability mapping of a species based on a multi-criteria analysis (MCA) approach. The tutorial aims to provide an accessible way to learn the principles of spatial analysis and decision-making workflows within GRASS GIS.

The tutorial was developed as part of the Module Naturally Geographic at the HAS green academy, University of Applied Sciences. However, it can be used independently by anyone interested in learning more about using GRASS GIS for spatial MCA techniques.
