heat-desalination - v1.0.0a1

:a: Alpha pre-release of v1.0.0

This pre-release publishes the code to generate a DOI for citation purposes and a static reference point for the code. The code is, at this point, undocumented, but operational. External entry points are required, as well as tidying up of linting and type-checking :smile:
