AdventureWorks sample data

AdventureWorks is a sample database, often used to demonstrate and test data processing features, database queries, and business intelligence tools. It represents a fictional, large-scale company that sells bicycles, related accessories, and fitness equipment. The data is designed to simulate a wide range of real-world business operations, such as sales, inventory management, human resources, and financials.

The AdventureWorks database contains data on a variety of topics, such as the file "sales.csv" which contains data about sales orders, and references to products, resellers, regional territories, and prices.

Note that AdventureWorks has not seen any significant changes since the 2012 version. The only differences between the various versions of AdventureWorks are the name of the database and the database compatibility level.
