bach_chorales - v2.0: Fully extracted with ms3 v2.2.1 and activated Zenodo integration

This release

• adds the appropriate .zenodo.json for automatic DOI assignment with correct metadata
• adds the version_release workflow that automatically creates the v2.0 release after merging this PR
• re-extracts all files with ms3 v2.2.1

bach_chorales - First release

This release assigns the v1.0 tag. It represents the dataset at its initial state, where quite a number of scores still need correction.

TSV files containing information on all measure and notes have been extracted using ms3 v1.2.12.
