DWIQC - Eddy Quad now runs on qsiprep output
This new version adds the feature of FSL's Eddy Quad tool being run on the QSIPREP output. That Eddy Quad output is now the default metrics and images that get uploaded to XNAT.

This release includes an automatic singularity bind of the freesurfer license file, path to the output directories for prequal and qsiprep, and path to the tempdir (scratch dir). There are also some other minor bug fixes.

DWIQC - New Get Mode Features
Get mode now depends more heavily on the user providing a somewhat detailed config file. By virtue of that, there's not nearly as much hard-coded functionality and it can handle lots of different scan/tagging conventions.

DWIQC - Open-Source Version w/ Resilient Install-Containers Mode
This version includes a more resilient install-containers mode. Specifically, for slow download speeds. Curl downloads timeout after 1 hr which may not be enough time to download the containers over slower connections. Now the download will restart until it is completed, with a limit of 50 hours.

DWIQC - Stable release now with install-containers mode. Use this for SSBC.
This release now includes the capability to download the necessary containers using dwiQC.py install-containers. Specific install location can be given using --install-location. This is the last version of dwiqc that will be tailored to SSBC.

DWIQC - Stable Release for open-source use
This release includes a --no-tagger feature that enables the user to disable xnattagger. This version can be use by the broader community, given that prequal and qsiprep are installed.

DWIQC - Stable release w/ configurable commands.
User can now customize prequal and qsiprep commands by editing the prequal.yaml and qsiprep.yaml files found under dwiqc/config
New Usage:
dwiQC.py tandem --label XNATSESSION --bids-dir BIDSDIR --xnat-alias ALIAS --prequal-config --xnat-upload
(or qsiprep-config, or both)
The default value for --prequal-config and --qsiprep-config is True, and it will only search for config files in the appointed place.
