pypenred - Enhanced Windows support
In this version, the CMake files have been changed to be able to compile PenRed directly with the MSVS compiler. The steps to compile the program are detailed in the Readme file. All changes are described in the CHANGELOG file.

pypenred - Enhanced Phase Space Files (PSF) capabilities
This new version includes two utilities to convert PenRed PSF format to IAEA format and vice-versa. In addition, it has been implemented the capability to rotate and translate the PSF. All details can be found in the documentation

pypenred - VR Update
This release includes the capability to implement your own variance reduction (VR) techniques as independent modules. The methodology to implement VR is analogous to the ones used for tallies or particle samplers, and is explained in the documentation. Splitting and Russian Roulette techniques have been implemented in the package.

pypenred - Extended load balance and DICOM fix
This release implements extended load balance capabilities using TCP/HTTP/HTTPS communications. Also, some DICOM bugs that affect PET images parsing, voxelized sources and the DICOM based tally have been fixed.
