wind-turbine-rpm-estimation-software - Release 1.0

Direct feed (i.e video, gif, camera feed) to RPM measurements with measured error rates combined in one script.

Manual interventions in code is required in this release to specify configuration options such as cropping details and the fps of the video feed.

Direct feed (i.e video, gif, camera feed) to RPM measurements with measured error rates combined in one script.

• Added support for non-square crop points
• Added support for viewing angles other than zero (i.e not looking head-on at the turbine)
• Configuration is now done through a JSON file for easier tweaking
• Improved UX - better CLI switches and argument parsing
• Improved code readability in general
