This python package is intended for users of 129Xe MRI who have acquired gas exchange MRI data and wish to reconstruct and display quantitative maps and derive the associated quantitative metrics. This pipeline is appropriate for acquisitions of the 1-point Dixon method that have been acquired in accordance with xenon clinical trials consortium standards and associated variations. The pipeline can handle both Siemens raw data and ISMRM raw data provided according to the consortium specification.
