Allow travel times in fruit...yes, fruit. Turns out a velocity model of fruit with a strong negative velocity gradient in the mantle broke some phases. Fixed, but I do not think it was a banana.

Allow models with no core. ND models can also be crustless, and outer-core-less, although weird models may still generate weird results. Default for tvel is to put cmb at center of earth if only one discontinuity instead of at moho.

edu.sc.seis - I would be dangerous if I could count...

Shoot couple of rays after interpolation, results in more accurate output especially for long phases, like PKPPKP, especially for paths where small errors in ray parameter due to interpolation result in rays not arriving at correct distance. This does make calculations slightly slower. Also allow receiver at depth and new phases Ped and Sed for "exclusively downgoing" for cases where receiver is below source. Also usual bug fixes...
