### Layout

- the `notebooks` folder contains the Jupyter Notebooks used to process, analyse and compare experimental data with computational predictions, databases information and clinical data. The notebooks reproduces all the panels for each figure in the manuscript.
- the `input_notebook_SI` folder contains the necessary files to run the notebooks.
