Implements simple collision and bonding between atoms of similar species. Created for the CMPLXSYS 530 proposal. To run, please download the files and run them from a command line (CMD on windows and terminal on linux/macOS)

Note: On MacOS and linux you may have to allow execute permission on the file using the following command chmod 755 ./lifefromscratch-<os>-<architecture>

You may have to allow apps from unidentified developers on MacOS in System Preferences > Security & Privacy if MacOS denies you to run the file.
