kmlog - kmlog 1.1.0 and kmshell 0.1.0

• FIX: Override the default --help or -h command-line options that argparse provides when running kmlog with either of those options to print out a better help message

kmlog - kmlog 1.0.0 and kmshell 0.1.0

kmshell is unstable and very much a work in progress. kmlog's functionality is not implemented in the shell environment and the API and internals are subject to drastic change. Kmlog is in its 1.0.0. There are still some changes in the dev branch that still need to be tested before being incorporated, but unnecessary for a v1.0 release
