springytools - Initial Useful Release

This release we have a useful set of tools and Golang package for working with LibGuides' exported XML.

• lgxml2json will convert the exported XML to JSON
• lglinkreport will generate a link report in CSV (default), JSON or HTML fragment from the LibGuides exported XML

springytools - Sketch of Link Report

This release sees an addition of a Link Report which iterates over the LibGuides XML export and can generate a JSON, XML (HTML) or CSV file of links and object types and ids they are associated with. This is a first draft of the report output.
