Introduction
This repository tries to reproduce letter of Nature T-cell exhaustion, co-stimulation and clinical outcome in autoimmunity and infection doi:10.1038/nature14468
After contacting with the authors because the description fall short to select the sameples I abandoned my effort to replicate it
