Scripts for Running Behavior with Trodes/StateScript

Download Instructions

In a command prompt, navigate to the desktop, and run

git clone --recursive https://github.com/gillespielab/gl-behavior Scripts

then open Trodes, and select Scripts/SC/<6arm/linear/etc.> for the StateScript folder, and Scripts/PY for the python folder.
