eel-meta-analysis - Silver eel meta-analysis

This repository contains the detection data, meta-data and code for the silver eel meta-analysis to obtain the results published in Fish and Fisheries (DOI: https://doi.org/10.1111/faf.12904). The raw data was obtained via the etn R package and can be downloaded at Zenodo (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15260539) in case the user does not have access to the European Tracking Network database. This dataset needs to be pasted in the folder ./data/raw/.
