This fixes some of the docstrings erroneously mentioning UTC, and makes it more clear times should be in TDB. Added a convenience function to convert between TDB and UTC.

lkspacecraft - v.1.2.0
This new version includes a "test mode" for lkspacecraft. The package now ships with truncated versions of the SPICE kernels for Kepler and TESS which are used purely for testing the functionality without having to download 1Gb of data in every test. This means that CI can be run fast.
