Microbial Amplicon Analysis
This module is to teach the fundamentals of microbial amplicon analysis. This analysis usually takes the form of 16S rRNA for bacterial and ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer) DNA for fungi. Some convenient links: * The compiled version of this lesson module. * A separate lesson on metagenomic analysis is also under development.
