inundation-mapping - v4.0.18.0 - 2023-01-06
771 - Added rysnc to docker images. rysnc can now be used inside the images to move data around via docker mounts.
778 - Fixed a bug where all of the Stage-Based intervals were the same.
779 - Remove dependency on other folder in test_cases. Also updates ESRI and QGIS agreement raster symbology label to include the addition of levee-protected areas as a mask.
773 - Cleans up REM masking of levee-protected areas and fixes associated error.
781 - Added crosswalk_table.csv from the root output folder as being a file push up to Hydrovis s3 bucket after FIM BED runs.
780 - Clips WBD and stream branch buffer polygons to DEM domain.

inundation-mapping - 4.0.11.0 - 2022-11-23
The software released here is the first release for the new major version (v4.X) and includes the Generalized Main Stem (GMS) routine that was designed to further solve the catchment boundary issue near backwater affected areas. GMS uses the FIM v3.X Main Stem (MS) approach on all level paths within each HUC 8. Therefore, each HUC has several HAND models including a branch zero (0) that represents the Full Resolution (FR) stream network from FIM v3.X.

inundation-mapping - 3.0.36.2 - 2022-11-01
This release contains a plethora of patches and bug fixes. Noteworthy enhancements include a PostgreSQL database to house the Synthetic Rating Curve calibration data, ras2fim outputs used in evaluation, updates to validation tools used in the Alpha and Sierra tests, a new CatFIM method, and a new tool to report Alpha metrics for each HydroID.

inundation-mapping - 3.0.24.0 - 2021-11-16
The software released here builds on the previous release and includes bug fixes, enhancements, and the addition of a mainstem (MS) + full-resolution (FR) inundation compositing capability.
A noteworthy enhancement is the removal of a synthetic rating curve calibration technique that sought to optimize Manning's n (roughness) by stream order. This technique has been replaced by a variable Manning’s n technique in an effort to better represent in-channel vs. overbank roughness characterizations. For the full details on this technique, see the Cahaba Wiki page Synthetic Rating Curve Enhancements.

inundation-mapping - 3.0.9.0 - 2021-04-08
The software released here builds on the previous release and includes several feature enhancements and bug fixes.
Feature enhancements primarily include tools and functionality for operational stability, in addition to developer utilities to optimize the fulfillment of internal stakeholder requirements, such as the National Weather Service Flood Categorical HAND FIM library. Additional feature enhancements include API service enhancements, refinement of synthetic rating curve estimation, refinement of spatial aggregation of inundation outputs, and code stabilization. Importantly, this release also reorganizes the repository and uses a new and more scalable directory naming standard.

inundation-mapping - 3.0.0.0 - 2020-12-22
The software released here builds on the flood inundation mapping capabilities demonstrated as part of the National Flood Interoperability Experiment, the Office of Water Prediction's Innovators Program and the National Water Center Summer Institute.
The flood inundation mapping software implements the Height Above Nearest Drainage (HAND) algorithm and incorporates community feedback and lessons learned over several years.
The software has been designed to meet the requirements set by stakeholders interested in flood prediction and has been developed in partnership with several entities across the water enterprise.
