smash-vhlle-hybrid - Hybrid-handler 2.1.3

A first GitHub release

This is the first release in the GitHub sense to enable Zenodo to automatically archive the new version of the codebase with a new dedicated DOI. This DOI can be used to easily cite the software package (from version 2.1.3 on). Past Git tags have no release/DOI associated. If you need to cite an older specific version, the generic DOI provided by Zenodo can be used.

Since the Hybrid-handler is a Bash script, there is no need of compilation and, in turn, to e.g. distribute binaries attached to a release.

The software documentation is available here and changes up to this version can be found in the changelog of the project.
