UPGRADE NOTICE
2019/07 -- We are targeting IncrementalInference.jl (IIF) v0.8.x as new and improved with most of the transitions sandboxed in the IIF v0.7.x cycle -- IIF v0.7.x does work but has a few lock step updates with DistributedFactorGraphs.jl v0.2.x as some functionality is being transferred. IIF is upstream to both RoME.jl, Caesar.jl, and Arena.jl. Please open issues for comments or help.
