Formal version one release after successful third-party testing of the initial v0.0.1 public release. This follows work on the documentation, declarations of dependencies, support for *.fa naming, adjusting the logging defaults, and fixing a debugging setting.

This release is almost complete and intended primarily for initial DOI minting at Zenodo.

pyani-plus - Second interim release (incomplete)

This is incomplete, in progress, and not guaranteed to work.

Publishing as a release in order to have a comparison point after switching from distribution of individual pairwise comparisons to distribution of column-wise (constant reference) comparisons for ANIm and dnadiff. This is slower on small jobs (less genomes than cores), but is expected to scale better with large runs on a cluster (less overhead from many small jobs).

Additionally this offers MD5, stem or filename labels in export-runs; drops --num support for sourmash; and adds further test cases.
