📦 HaploGI v1.0.0 – First Public Release This is the first public release of HaploGI (Haplotyping Given Inheritance), a C++ program for pedigree-based haplotyping of whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data and the detection of haplotype sharing among related individuals.
