cactus-snakemake - v3.0.0
Now that Cactus 2.9.9 has fixed the issues with cactus-align and cactus-preprocess requiring a --gpu flag even though they don't use GPUs, I have removed the requirement that both the regular and GPU image are needed for running with GPUs. This also implements the KegAlign patch required in some cases for running the GPU version (see Cactus 2.9.9 release notes).
